We are a NON-SMOKING hotel. 

One night's deposit required in advance. It may be paid via credit card at the time of reservation or via check or money order at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Full payment of balance is due at check-in.

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival receive refund less $20.00 handling fee. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival forfeit full deposit - this includes early checkout.

Our room rates are determined based on beds, which you'll note in the descriptions of each room. You are welcome to add additional people to sleep on the queen sofa sleepers or rollaways, but there is a $10 additional charge per extra person and an $8 charge for rollaways. We also have a limited number of cribs available upon request.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

A 2-night minimum stay may apply on weekends, holidays, June-August and special events and rates may be higher during those times. All rates are subject to state and local tax.

Enjoy the indoor and outdoor water parks, but please note that there is limited outdoor pool use during fall, spring and winter seasons. Also, wristbands may be required for all guests to use pool areas.
