How close is RainTree to area attractions?
The RainTree Resort is located right in the heart of Wisconsin Dells most popular attractions. We are directly across the street from Noah's Ark waterpark, and just down the street from the Big Chief Go-Kart park. To view a map of the dells click here.

What time is Check-In/Check-out?

Check-in begins at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Is it possible to get a Late Check-out?

During the summer months there are no late check-outs allowed at The RainTree resort due to the number of guests checking in and out.

Is the waterpark access included in the price of my stay?

Absolutely!  We at The RainTree want our guests to have the best value in the Wisconsin Dells, so waterpark access is ALWAYS included in the price of your stay.

May we use the waterpark if we arrive early to The RainTree?

Guests arriving for their stay at The RainTree may use the waterpark no earlier than noon on the day of arrival.  Guests are not able to check into their rooms until 3pm, however.

What is the waterpark price for additional people in our party who are not staying at The RainTree?

The price is $7.50 additional per person, per day.

Do I need to purchase the discounted Noah's Ark tickets before I arrive for my stay?

There is no need to pre-purchase your discounted Noah's Ark tickets before you arrive.  When you check in, you may purchase them at the front desk.  The price is $23 per person per day.

Is there a restaurant at The RainTree Resort?

The RainTree Resort does have a grill, the Crocodile Cafe where guests can snack on an assortment of breakfast and lunch items.  You can view the menu here.

Is there a bar at The RainTree Resort?
