Make your guests' last meal of the day memorable with a scrumptious dinner. Dinners described here are for plated meals. Contact the group sales office to talk about how to mix and match the options for a buffet feast.

Scruptious vegetarian options also available. Contact your Group Sales Coordinator for current menu.

Plated Dinners include a crisp garden salad, assorted dinner rolls, butter and beverage (coffee, milk or iced tea) as well as one choice of each Starch, Vegetable and Dessert.

Starches: Baked Potato, Twice Baked Potato, Whipped Potatoes, Parsley Boiled Potatoes, Au Gratin Potatoes, Homemade Stuffing, Rice Pilaf or Wild Rice

Vegetables: Corn O'Brien, Buttered Corn, Buttered Green Beans, Baby Buttered Carrots, Broccoli & Cheese Sauce, Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce or Baby Buttered Carrots & Green Beans

Dessert: Cheesecake, assorted pies, chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake or turtle cheesecake [Add $1.00 per guest]

Your entrees offer foods influenced from all around the world. You're sure to find something to suit your guests' tastes.

Shrimp Scampi: Angel hair pasta covered with a creamy alfredo sauce and topped with 6 delicious pieces of shrimp.

Chicken Cordon Bleu: 6 oz. serving of chicken breast stuffed with ham and a delicious Swiss cheese, breaded, baked, then lightly covered with a creamy hollandaise sauce.

Stuffed Pork Chop: A thick center cut pork chop cut in half and stuffed with our own homemade dressing.

1/2 Cornish Game Hen: Cornish game hen cut n half, lightly seasoned and baked.

8 oz. Bacon Wrapped Filet: 8 oz. filet mignon wrapped in bacon to seal in the natural juice, seasoned lightly and cooked to medium.

Whole Cornish Game Hen: Cornish game hen lightly seasoned and baked to seal the natural juices.

Portabella Mushroom with Wild Rice: Giant Portabella mushroom stuffed with wild rice surrounded by sautéed vegetables.

Chicken Dijon: 6 oz. chicken breast baked to a tender finish laid upon a bed of rice and covered with a light dijon sauce.

Fried Shrimp: 6 jumbo shrimp lightly breaded and fried served with cocktail sauce and garnished with a lemon wedge.

8 oz. Tenderloin Steak: All of our choice steaks are prepared to medium. Steaks will be 6 oz. if two entrees are chosen.

Lemon Dill Salmon: 8 oz. portion of tender salmon filet marinated in a delicious lemon dill sauce and cooked to perfection.

10 oz. Prime Rib: Our specialty! Seasoned with garlic and herbs and cooked to perfection. Presented with horseradish and au jus.

Chicken Italian: 6 oz. chicken breast smothered in marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served with fettuccini noodles.

Lasagna: Meat or vegetable lasagna stacked with layers of pasta and sauce, smothered with melted mozzarella cheese.

Baked Cod: 6 oz. cod fillet baked in a succulent lemon sauce and delicately seasoned.

Broasted Chicken: 1/4 chicken with succulent white and dark meat.

Linguini & Clam Sauce: Tender cooked linguini noodles smothered in a delicately seasoned garlic sauce flavored with real clams.

Giant Stuffed Manicotti: Giant manicotti noodle stuffed with your choice of cheese or meat marinated in our delicious marinara sauce.

Chef Carved Smoked Ham: Smoked ham cooked to a juice finish and carved by our own chef.

Beef Tips: Tender cuts of beef sautéed in creamy gravy with mushrooms and onions served over fettuccini noodles.

Slow Roast Beef: Tender slices of roast sautéed in its own juice with small bits of onion and carrot.

Herb Baked Chicken: Chicken quarters seasoned vigorously with our special house blend of herbs, baked to perfection.

Fettuccini Alfredo: A rich creamy alfredo sauce served over fettuccini noodles with parmesan cheese topping.

Stuffed Raviolis: Ravioli stuffed with your choice of cheese, meat or vegetables, simmered in a delicious marinara sauce.

Fettuccini Alfredo & Grilled Chicken: Tender sliced, grilled chicken breast laid atop a mound of our traditional fettuccini alfredo.

Chef Carved Turkey & Homemade Dressing: Juicy chef-carved turkey served with our own delicious homemade dressing.

Chef Carved Prime Rib: Specialty prime rib seasoned with garlic and herbs and cooked to perfection. Carved to your liking by our chef just prior to serving. Presented with horseradish and au jus.

Pasta Buffet: Angel hair and fettuccini noodles with a variety of sauces including marinara, alfredo, meatballs and parmesan cheese.
